Park City was featured in January by Texas’ PaperCity Mag as one of eight “great remote working getaways.” The town was listed alongside neighboring Jackson Hole, Wyo. and the contrasting breezy beaches of Palm Beach, Fla.

The magazine honed in on the Deer Valley area businesses and hotels as go-to destinations for anyone doing long-term visiting for work and play. According to PaperCity, the Luxury Homes by Stein Collection was launched this year with remote workers in mind, with four to 14,000 square foot homes available for rent.

Zoom towns are broadly defined as housing markets that are suddenly booming as remote work becomes more mainstream. Smaller cities, often situated in close proximity to amenities like ski resorts, beaches or other lifestyle-based activities that tend to draw in vacationers, have emerged as front-runners in the category as evidenced by rental data and real estates sales.
