PARK CITY, Utah. — Over the past several years, Freshies Lobster Co. has had a slogan: “Shore to Door in 24.” Every day, Freshies is flying in lobster from the shores of Maine to Park City. This family-owned and operated business has been a staple in the Park City community for a decade. They started out as a catering business, morphed into a food truck at the Park Silly Sunday Market, and now have three established restaurants (in PC, SLC, and Jackson, WY.). Everything changed for the better when Maine’s Down East Magazine held the first World’s Best Lobster Roll competition. Freshies took home the trophy for the best lobster roll.
