Off-season parking rates begin in Old Town Park City

PARK CITY, Utah — Off-season parking rates in Old Town Park City began Monday, April 13, bringing reduced fees and free parking windows in several city-owned lots and garages.

During certain hours, some parking facilities will be free for both residents and visitors as the city moves into its spring shoulder season.

At the China Bridge parking garage, parking will be free from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a $1 hourly rate in effect until midnight.

Parking on North Marsac, Swede Alley, and in Bob Wells Plaza will be free between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m.

The more limited Downtown Parking rates will be $1 per hour between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. and $2 per hour from 5 p.m. to midnight.

The Upper and Lower Sandridge lots offer free parking 24/7.

Off-peak parking rates will remain in effect through May 31. However, the city noted that special event rates may still apply during the off-season period.
