PARK CITY, Utah — The 21st Annual Backcountry Film Festival is stopping by Park City as part of its international 2025-26 tour. Every winter, the festival tours to over 100 cities and mountain towns to share stories that celebrate the spirit of human-powered adventure through stories that connect viewer to wild places.

Wasatch Mountain Institute and Park City Film are hosting the event, which will take place Thursday, March 5, from 7-9 p.m. at the Jim Santy Auditorium. Adult tickets are $15 and students are $10. Tickets are available on Park City Film website.

Organizers promise an evening of films featuring “adventure, travel, ski culture, ice, pain, suffering, laughter, [and] deep powder.”

Ticket proceeds support Wasatch Mountain Institute as part of Park City Film’s Reel Community Series partnership.
