PARK CITY – With ski season underway but snow in short supply, Good Movement Studio is offering local athletes an alternative way to stay active: a new Intro to Reformer Pilates class for beginners.

The 30-minute class meets every Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. and is designed for those new to reformer equipment. The class is led by certified instructor Hollee and covers proper technique, equipment setup and foundational movements.
Reformer Pilates builds core stability and balance while improving flexibility and potentially preventing injuries common to repetitive motion sports like skiing, hiking and biking. The low-impact practice allows athletes to maintain strength and flexibility during periods when outdoor activities aren’t possible.
Hollee is certified through Body Arts and Science International and holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona. She is an avid skier, mountain biker and paddleboarder.
The class costs $25 per session, with spaces limited to maintain individual attention. Interested participants can register at www.goodmovementstudio.com or by calling 435-200-3226.
