The U.S. Bobsled and Skeleton Federation announced Monday that Utah native Kaysha Love has qualified to compete in the 2026 Milan Cortina Winter Olympics, marking her second Olympic appearance.
Love, a Herriman High School graduate who lives in the Salt Lake Valley, trains primarily at the Utah Olympic Park in Park City, which she considers her home track. She is also a member of Utah’s 2034 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games Steering Committee.
At the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, Love competed as a brakewoman in the two-woman bobsled event, where her team finished inside the top 10. For the 2026 Games, Love will move into the pilot role, driving the two-woman sled.
Her brakewoman in Milan Cortina will be Azaria Hill of California. The two were collegiate teammates at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Love is engaged to fellow USA Bobsled athlete Hunter Powell.
The U.S. Bobsled and Skeleton Federation announced the following athletes for the 2026 U.S. Olympic bobsled team.
Women’s two-woman bobsled (pilot / push):
Kaysha Love / Azaria Hill
Kaillie Humphries / Jasmine Jones
Elana Meyers Taylor / Jadin O’Brien
Men’s four-man bobsled (pilot / push):

Two-man bobsled pairings will be announced at a later date.
The federation also named its skeleton athletes. Kelly Curtis and Mystique Ro will compete on the women’s skeleton team, while Austin Florian and Dan Barefoot will represent the men.
