PARK CITY, Utah — Park City Municipal is once again hosting the Ride On Winter Rewards Program. The four-month initiative encourages residents, visitors, and employees in Park City to “choose sustainable travel options like walking, biking, transit, carpooling/vanpooling, and utilizing park and ride lots, instead of driving alone,” according to the city website.
The program will run from December 1, 2025, until March 31, 2026.
Participants in the program log trips and earn points toward cash prizes and monthly drawings, more sustainable travel modes earn travelers more points.
The top 10 riders at the end of the Winter Ride On program will receive cash prizes up to $450. Riders who log trips on three different days each month will be entered into a monthly raffle for a Mountainkind e-gift card and swag.
The 2024-25 Ride On program broke previous records with 26,000 sustainable trips logged, 350,639 miles traveled using alternative transportation, 88.4 tons of CO₂ emissions reduced, and $100,000 saved collectively by users.
