Apres-ski gift: Deer Valley opens Chute Eleven luxury yurt with local DJ lineup Dec. 26

Champagne, caviar and DJs arrive Friday in Empire Canyon

PARK CITY, Utah — Deer Valley Resort is opening Chute Eleven, a luxury apres-ski venue, beginning Friday, December 26, offering guests an alternative way to celebrate the ski season with or without hitting the slopes.

Located outside Empire Lodge in Empire Canyon at 9200 Marsac Avenue, the venue features a champagne yurt with a seasonally curated menu highlighting fresh seafood and gourmet offerings. Signature items include fresh oysters, caviar selections and a lobster and caviar grilled cheese sandwich, paired with craft cocktails.

The venue will be open daily from 12 to 6 p.m., with local DJs performing throughout the holiday season. Beginning January 17, the venue will host Slopeside Sets, a ticketed concert series featuring world-class DJ talent including Parallelle, Chromeo, Wuki and others throughout January, February and March.

Access to Chute Eleven is available via Park City Transit, Uber, Lyft or other ride services. Ski access to the venue is not currently available. Guests arriving by bus or rideshare should plan accordingly.
