PARK CITY, Utah — Summit Community Gardens & EATS capped off the summer with its annual Farm to Fork fundraiser on Sept. 3, bringing community, food, and purpose together on the rooftop deck of Pendry Park City.

Guests enjoyed garden-inspired cocktails made with mint and lavender harvested just steps away, chef-crafted dishes, live music, and a lively auction led by former board member Diego Zegarra. Items ranged from artwork and photography to four-course dinners.

Executive Director Helen Nadel noted that despite an early August frost scare, the garden produced up to 100 pounds of fresh food each week this summer, much of it delivered to the People’s Health Clinic.

The evening highlighted the organization’s mission to expand fresh-food access and edible education, channeling seasonal abundance into long-term food security for Summit County families.
