Pendry Park City launches Sunday brunch and après bike beer garden in Canyons Village

PARK CITY, Utah — Locals and summer visitors can now wind down the weekend in style with Pendry Park City’s new Sunday lineup, pairing Mexican brunch and mountain brews in the heart of Canyons Village.

Beginning this season, the luxury resort invites guests to start their day with the newly launched Dos Olas Sunday Brunch, then relax into the evening at the Bikers Beer Garden—two back-to-back experiences designed to celebrate Park City’s sunny season.

“Summer weekends are precious in the Wasatch Mountains, and what better way to celebrate than with incredible food, delicious cocktails, and easygoing vibes in a breathtaking destination?” said John Rolfs, Pendry Park City General Manager. “We invite families and friends to gather for a meal, linger on the plaza, and toast a stunning sunset to set the tone for the remaining weeks of the summer season.”

Brunch at Dos Olas pairs cantina classics with cocktails

From 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. every Sunday, Dos Olas offers a $37 per person cantina brunch featuring a lineup of vibrant, Mexican-inspired plates and spirited drinks. Standouts include Chilaquiles, Huevos Divorciados, Tostada de Caprirotada and a hearty Mollete breakfast sandwich.

Guests can build their own Bloody Marys or opt for one of the venue’s larger-format options like Margarita Towers or Mexican Espressotini Trees—served in a sunny atmosphere described as one of the “best summer scenes in Canyons Village.”

Après Pendry’s Bikers Beer Garden caps off the day

From 4 to 7 p.m., the energy shifts outdoors for the Bikers Beer Garden at Après Pendry. Live music, signature cocktails and Squatters craft brews are all on tap. Guests can also get a complimentary bike tune-up at the Compass Sports tent in Pendry Plaza before settling in with a drink and mountain view.

The Sunday events are open to the public and designed to accommodate both overnight guests and day visitors looking to enjoy the relaxed mountain ambiance.
