Your guide to Pride month in Summit County

PARK CITY, Utah — The Summit Pride Foundation has announced a robust schedule of events for LGBTQ+ Pride Month 2025, with programming designed to foster visibility, celebration, and community engagement across Summit and Wasatch counties.
Raise the Flag (All Month)
Throughout June, Summit Pride Foundation, in partnership with Project Rainbow, is offering LGBTQ+ pride flags to residents of Summit and Wasatch counties. The initiative encourages community-wide visibility and solidarity. Flags can be requested through the foundation’s website.Pride Month Kickoff (June 1 @ 4:30 p.m.)
The month launches with a march from Park City Mountain Resort (PCMR) to City Park.Community members will walk together to celebrate the start of Pride Month.
The event concludes with a concert by Talia Keys and a live drag performance at City Park.

Paris Is Burning Screening (June 12 at 7 p.m)
In partnership with Park City Film and Mountain Meditation, Summit Pride will screen the iconic documentary Paris Is Burning at the Park City Library.The film explores New York City’s drag ball culture of the 1980s.
Free and open to the public.
Book Talk with Park City Library (June 14 at 2 p.m)
Author Laurie Hall will lead a discussion of her book Dictates of Conscience, focusing on themes of identity, personal integrity, and social justice.Event held at the Park City Library.
Open to the public.
On-Mountain Pride Day (June 29)
A new event hosted at Deer Valley Resort encourages attendees to ride, hike, or bike in a rainbow parade down the mountain.Festivities include a DJ, snacks, and an exciting opportunity drawing.
A portion of lift-ticket sales will support Summit Pride Foundation.
Volunteers are needed to serve as course marshals and check-in crew.

Summit Pride Foundation, based in Park City, advocates for the greater inclusion of LGBTQ+ individuals and their allies throughout the Wasatch Back. Its 2025 Pride Month events reflect a mission of visibility, celebration, and connection across local communities.
