Riverhorse on Main, Palomino, and Salt Box Eatery receive 2025 Taste Utah Award

PARK CITY, Utah — The Utah Restaurant Association (URA), in collaboration with KUTV’s Taste Utah, has announced that Riverhorse on Main, Palomino, and Salt Box Eatery will receive the 2025 Taste Utah Award. The recognition will be presented during the URA Industry Awards Gala on Tuesday, April 22, at The Heritage Park Garden Place in Salt Lake City.

The Taste Utah Award honors restaurants that demonstrate a commitment to culinary excellence, hospitality, and community engagement. This year, all three establishments, part of Riverhorse Hospitality Group, have been selected for their contributions to Utah’s restaurant industry.

“It is an incredible honor to receive the Taste Utah Award from the Utah Restaurant Association for all three entities of Riverhorse Hospitality Group,” said Executive Chef Seth Adams. “On behalf of our entire Riverhorse family, we are so grateful for this recognition among our industry peers, and we are proud to be part of such a talented culinary community.”

The URA Industry Awards Gala is an annual event recognizing Utah’s food and beverage industry leaders and innovators. Honorees are selected for their impact on the local dining scene and their role in shaping the future of hospitality in the state.
