SNAPPED: Hoodoo Express now open at Deer Valley

SUMMIT COUNTY, Utah — On Friday, March 7, Deer Valley welcomed skiers to celebrate the opening of the new Hoodoo Express chairlift, a four-person, high-speed detachable lift.

Located in the new Deer Valley East Village, Hoodoo Express expands beginner terrain, making it easier for new skiers and families to enjoy the mountain. “This is a milestone moment for Deer Valley as we expand our learning terrain and access for beginners and families looking to enjoy our world-class slopes,” said Deer Valley President and COO Todd Bennett. “We’re looking forward to welcoming the community to be some of the first to experience Hoodoo Express and enjoy the learning area on the new Prospect ski run.”

For the remainder of the season, Hoodoo Express will operate on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
