Ele Bar will celebrate its Grand Opening this Friday from 3-6 p.m.

PARK CITY, Utah – A new après destination is taking shape at Kimball Junction as Red Rock Brewing transforms its taphouse into Ele Bar, aiming to create a year-round local gathering spot for post-adventure drinks and dining.

“We want it to be something that locals can really enjoy after mountain biking or riding, or whatever it is during the summer, and the same during the winter,” said Kaitlin McCue of Ele Bar.

The space, which operates separately from Red Rock’s restaurant, underwent renovations including new paint and the addition of a communal belly bar. Located in the Redstone area of Kimball Junction, a wood-fired oven anchors the 21+ venue, which will serve pizzas and small bites.

The bar’s name evolved from locals’ nickname for Red Rock’s elephant-branded beer, which regulars have long called “Ele.” While maintaining its connection to Red Rock, the bar is expanding its beverage program to include cocktails featuring local spirits from distilleries like Holystone and Sugar House.

A sneak peak of their drink menu shows creative concoctions like the Pink Cadilac Margarita made with locally made Triple Sec and Tart Cherry Liquor, fresh lime, and a Grand Marnier float, and the Molten Mocha Martini, combining Ancho Reyes chili liquor, espresso and vodka.

Weekly programming caters to the local community, with service industry nights on Mondays featuring $10 pizzas, music bingo on Tuesdays and Fukiphino Trivia on Wednesdays. Sports TVs, games, and other entertainment options are available daily. The bar will operate daily from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., with free parking available for all guests.

“We wanted something that locals can really enjoy,” McCue said. “We have that cozy, après, ‘come and have fun’ type theme going on.”

Ele Bar opens Friday in the Redstone development, with a grand opening celebration featuring complimentary appetizers, $3 craft beers, music, and raffle prizes from 3-6 p.m.
