Armstrong, McKenna lead race for Summit County Council seats

SUMMIT COUNTY, Utah—After yesterday’s elections, Summit County published the preliminary election results, last updated at 10:25 p.m. on Nov 5, showing 12,259 ballots cast and 41.25% voter turnout.
Democrat Roger Armstrong is leading Republican Tory Welch by a healthy 10 percent margin. Democrat Megan McKenna appears to be edging out opponent Republican Ari Ionnides by a margin of nearly eight percent. The Emergency Services tax, Proposition 18, has passed, and Kathleen Britton is leading Danny Glasser for the Park City School Board seat 3.
