Park City Volleyball sweeps Hillcrest, remains undefeated

PARK CITY, Utah —  Park City High School’s Girls Volleyball Team beat Hillcrest High on Thurs. Sept. 26 in an away game with a final score of 3 – 0.

Senior Outside Hitter, Henley Madsen told TownLift, “I think varsity had a really fun game against Hillcrest. Going in to the game we were all excited to play the only other undefeated team in our region. We heard things going into the game that they were better than they were the previous years we have played them, but we didn’t let that change how we played. We just got on the court, had fun, and showed them who Park City is. This team has amazing chemistry on and off the court which allows us to play our best volleyball.”

The Miners won in straight sets of 25, 25, 25 over the Huskies’ 18, 16, and 19.

Next up for Park City is taking on Murray tonight at home, then Skyline on Wednesday away.
