Native Parkite’s band Cam Gallagher & The Tasty Soul to release ‘Boogieman’ on Halloween
PARK CITY, Utah — After their successful tour through Utah, Cam Gallagher & The Tasty Soul are reaching out to all funk/fusion fans with “Boogieman.” Their new single, which will be released on Halloween, could gain national attention.
The track features Chase Baird, who Randy Brecker calls “the future of jazz music and the saxophone,” and Esther Okai-Tetteh, lead vocalist for Grace Bowers & The Hodge Podge.
Chase Baird started his music career early in life
As a teenager, Chase Baird managed to arrange a meeting with saxophonist Michael Brecker in Salt Lake City. Baird is said to credit Brecker’s brief mentorship with influencing his career.
