Westgate Park City Resort & Spa launches cocktails inspired by Olympic Rings

PARK CITY, Utah — Want a taste of the Olympic action? Westgate Park City Resort & Spa is aiming to give guests just that with several cocktails inspired by the Olympic Rings.

Located 11 minutes from the Utah Olympic Park, a venue in the 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Olympics and in the upcoming 2034 Games, Westgate Park City Resort & Spa will serve the following cocktails at its Drafts Burger Bar in celebration of the 2024 Olympic Games:

  • “Siene Spritz” (Blue Ring) – Reflective of the boat parade on the Seine river during opening ceremony, this blue beauty takes you on a smooth and subtly sweet cruise of Wheatley Vodka, Blue Curacao, Crème De Violette and Sparkling Moscato or Sweet Champagne.
  • “Olymoncello Spritz” (Yellow Ring) – This bright and bubbly cocktail is championed by Caravella Limoncello, Champagne, Mint and Lemon Wheels as a nod to the gold medal.
  • “Olympic Park After Dark” (Black Ring) – In honor of Westgate’s close proximity to the state’s sporting hub and espresso being the (un)official drink of the 2024 games, this bold blend features Five Wives Vanilla Vodka, Kahlua and Nitro Cold Brew Coffee.
  • “Parisian Pomme” (Green Ring) – A playful pairing of Sour Apple Pucker, Five Wives Vanilla Vodka, Triple Sec and Champagne, this delightful ‘appléritif’ will tantalize tastebuds.
  • “Rogue Relais” (Red Ring) – Symbolic of the Olympic Torch tradition, this French-inspired libation keeps it light and is carried with a mix of Aperol, soda water and Prosecco for its bearers to enjoy.

Guests can purchase these drinks at Drafts Monday to Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. now through Aug. 11 and watch the Summer Games on one of the gastropub’s ten flat-screen TVs.
