St. Regis Deer Valley appoints new Executive Chef

PARK CITY, Utah — The St. Regis Deer Valley has appointed Matthew Fradera as its new Executive Chef. Fradera will oversee all culinary operations at the resort, including RIME, the Resort’s signature restaurant that flies fresh seafood in daily.

Fradera previously served as Executive Chef at Waldorf Astoria Park City and held positions at Pendry Park City and The Ritz-Carlton New York, Central Park.

In his new role, Fradera will manage a team of over 50 staff members across the resort’s restaurants, including RIME, La Stellina, Brasserie 7452, the St. Regis Bar, and The Vintage Room.

Fradera, a graduate of Kendall College of Culinary Arts and Johnson & Wales University, resides in Heber with his wife. Outside the kitchen, he enjoys snowboarding, poker, and mentoring his two younger brothers.

The appointment reflects the resort’s continued commitment to high-quality dining experiences for its guests.
