SkiJoring is returning to Heber Feb. 16, 17

HEBER CITY, Utah — SkiJoring Utah will once again host its annual competition in Heber on Feb. 16 and 17. It’s an action-packed competition where a horse and rider pull a skier at a fast pace through a course that includes gates, jumps, and rings.

SkiJoring combines Utah’s signature ski heritage with its cowboy roots, creating a wild, fast-paced event. Competitors race for cash and prizes based on the fastest times.

“If you’re not competing,” their website says, “you’ll not find a more unique and fun event to come watch!”
