Enlighten Wellness for mind, body, and soul combines yoga, wellness, and medical services

More than just a yoga studio, Enlighten Wellness has certified doctors, therapists, and instructors on staff to promote holistic mental and physical wellbeing.

PARK CITY, Utah —Enlighten Wellness in Prospector has been quietly serving the community since 2018. Under new ownership since December 2023, this wellness studio is making strides to be more visible in the community, but there’s more to it than meets the eye.

The studio offers a range of yoga classes for all levels, from beginner to advanced, in various temperatures, as well as sound baths, meditations, breathwork, and other special events. Yet, it’s not just about fitness. The studio also provides wellness services like massages, infrared sauna sessions, cupping, spot cryotherapy treatment, and float therapy.

Enlighten Wellness aims to be accessible with $10 drop-in rates for students, teachers, military, and service industry workers. They actively participate in community initiatives, such as Beer Yoga at Woodward, fostering inclusivity.

With certified professionals like osteopaths and physical therapists on board, Enlighten stands out as a holistic wellness center.

Dannan Siano has specialized training in and is passionate about providing physical therapy and pelvic floor care specifically for women. Siano has been licensed as a physical therapist since 1997. After the birth of her first child, she learned firsthand the importance of caring for the female body during and following childbirth.

Also on staff is Dr. Christopher Brown, a traditional osteopathic physician with years of experience treating newborns, children, elders, and professional athletes. Dr. Brown treats concussions, chronic pain, headaches, back pains, injuries from falls and accidents, and many other diseases and ailments.

Nandy Jones is an experienced energy medicine practitioner specializing in balancing the subtle energy systems of the body to help people awaken their inner healers through energy and vibrational medicine. Facilitating the release of past trauma and discovering freedom from unconscious tension and subconscious patterning with sound healing, acupressure, and healing touch is her passion.

“Enlighten Wellness has become an amazing addition to my life. I never expected such a deep connection to our community as well as the kind guests that enter our space,” Brandy Kessler, owner said. “Each class leaves me with such joy and satisfaction. I am so fortunate to be part of a supportive and nurturing collection of people.”

For those looking to deepen their practice, Enlighten Wellness offers a teacher training program. Originally slated for a February start, the overwhelming interest has prompted a reevaluation of the start date.

Over the past year, the team at Enlighten Wellness has actively worked to become more visible within the community. However, it’s not just about being noticed—it’s about showcasing what sets them apart. The studio boasts an impressive array of offerings, making it more than just a yoga or fitness center.

Enlighten Wellness distinguishes itself with an all-encompassing approach to wellness. The studio provides a spectrum of yoga classes catering to all levels, from beginner to advanced, in various temperatures, ensuring everyone finds their perfect practice.
