Local biathlete Emily Campbell will represent US in Youth Olympic Games
MIDWAY, Utah — The United States Biathlon Association announced on Monday the official roster of athletes that will represent the United States at the 2024 Youth Winter Olympic Games in Gangwon, Republic of South Korea Jan. 19-Feb. 1, and Park City High School student Emily Campbell made the cut.
Biathlon athletes combine their shooting skills and cross country ski racing within one course. The Winter Youth Olympic Games happen once every four years and competitors must be between 15-18 years of age.
