Utah-born restaurant Vessel Kitchen celebrates 7 years and 7 locations

PARK CITY, Utah — Vessel Kitchen, a Utah-born restaurant that opened in Park City in 2016, is celebrating its seventh year of operation and has just announced its seventh location at the Salt Lake City International Airport.

Vessel Kitchen’s founders – Nick Gradinger, Brian Reeder, and Roe’e Levy – have been committed to pushing the boundaries of casual dining in Utah and beyond.

The highly anticipated seventh location, in Concourse A of the newly remodeled airport, results from an arduous multi-year process that culminated in Vessel Kitchen securing the prime spot over nearly 70 competing concepts. This coveted space will bring the iconic local flair of Vessel Kitchen to a global hub, offering travelers and locals alike an unparalleled dining experience.

“The fact that we have been entrusted with the opportunity to represent the Utah restaurant scene in our beautiful new airport is an absolute honor,” Gradinger said in a press release. “We’ve been working on this project in some capacity for over four years. To be so close to seeing this dream realized, and to be afforded the opportunity to introduce the Vessel experience to travelers from around the world, is truly surreal. And for it to be so closely aligned with our seventh anniversary makes this that much sweeter.”

Breaking the mold of traditional breakfast offerings, Vessel Kitchen’s seventh location will introduce a fresh and exciting lineup of options that disrupt the breakfast scene. Collaborating with local partners such as MilkHoney Yogurt, Slide Ridge Honey, and JOJO’s Chocolate, Vessel Kitchen will showcase curated grab-and-go selections and inventive twists on classic menu items. Even long-time patrons of Vessel Kitchen will find something new at this location
