Park City Mountain shoots to open in 93 days for winter season
PARK CITY, Utah – Park City Mountain announced today that its target opening date for the 2023-24 winter season is Friday, November 17, for both Park City Mountain Village and Canyons Village.
The resort, which will celebrate its 60th anniversary this season, will debut new cabins on the Red Pine Gondola this winter.
According to a press release from Park City Mountain, guests are encouraged to purchase lift access in advance, as lift tickets will be limited every day this season. If tickets are sold out online, they will not be available for purchase at ticket windows.
Parking at both Mountain and Canyons Village base areas will remain largely the same as the 2022-23 winter season.
“The Mountain Village base area will operate under a reservation system with elements of paid parking, free parking, carpooling and transit incentives,” said the press release from Park City Mountain. “At Canyons Village, parking in the Cabriolet lot will be available for free on a first-come, first-served basis. There are paid lots in the Upper Village and Pendry, available on a first-come, first-served basis.”
Parking reservations will not be available at the Canyons Village area.
