Who’s who at Savor the Summit

PARK CITY, Utah — The first day of summer is coming up quickly, as is Savor the Summit, the event celebrating the arrival of the season and the gastronomical spoils of Main Street. Here’s a list of who’s participating and what to expect.

710 Bodega has traditional Spanish tapas and optional wine pairing for $200 per person and an additional $60 for wine pairing.

Bangkok Thai has called Main Street home since 1994. Chef Yanee is from Bangkok, dishing out inspired hometown favorites for$195 per person. Make reservations here.

Buona Vita offers a classic Italian four-course meal and an optional wine pairing ($60) for $200 per person.

Café Terigo‘s fresh contemporary Italian experience includes food, beverage, tax, and gratuity. Diners must be 21 and older.

Courchevel Bistro* is known for its French-European dining brought to Park City by the Talisker Club.

Cuisine Unlimited Catering goes above and beyond for all events in the greater Salt Lake City area. The $350 ticket includes alcohol, so diners must be 21 and over. Make your reservations and preview the menu here.

Deer Valley Resort* brings back its legendary 8-foot paella pan in its three-course menu.

Firewood on Main‘s Chef John Murcko blends the most primitive of cooking methods—open wood flame—with an innovative menu.

Flanagan’s Irish Pub and Restaurant kicks the evening off with hors d’oeuvres and signature cocktails, followed by a three-course meal for $195 per person.

Fletcher’s menu uses fresh, natural, and organic ingredients showcasing contemporary American dishes. Executive Chef Scott Boberek and Owners Steve and Sue Demarest share their vision of seasonality, simplicity, and quality.

Purple Sage welcomes diners 21 and over for its four-course American Western cuisine that is paired with select wines.

Riverhorse on Main* is one of the oldest and most distinguished restaurants in Park City, Utah.

Salt Box Eatery* hosts a laid back Summit experience with upscale buffet food, tunes, and drinks.

Shabu has a lively Asian-fusion food menu, impressive sake list, and imaginative setting that delights at every turn.

The Brick Restaurant and Bar goes big with a six-course menu featuring fresh, mediterranean dishes with an optional wine pairing ($65). Make reservations here.

The Eating Establishment will serve up classic American fare like prime rib that we know and love.

The Mustang is serving to 21 and older for Savor the Summit. Included in ticket price is an upscale buffet with prime steaks and seafood, hors d’oeuvres, alcohol, and live music.

The Onyx Wine & Champagne Garden Pop Up Lounge will showcase a Special collection and large format French Wines, (Rosé, Chablis, and White Burgundy) with a 3 Tier Caviar Bar, plus a New England Style Raw Bar experience.
