PARK CITY, Utah — Spring slow season is a fantastic time for locals to enjoy their favorite restaurants. Make dad’s day with a special family Father’s Day dinner at KITA, where it’s serving up a Tomahawk steak and whiskey flight pairing menu just for pop. The only rooftop pool and lounge in Park City unveils a brand new summer menu of fresh and bright flavors. The Pool House has the best mountain views and DJ sets, Fridays–Sundays, 2-5 p.m. all summer long, starting Friday, June 16. Dos Olas Mexican restaurant has two-for-one entree deals through spring. Festive weekly specials include Taco Tuesdays ($4 street tacos), Nacho Normal Wednesdays ($12 nachos), and Thirsty Thursdays ($10 house margaritas and $5 ceviche shots). Dos Olas is open Tuesday-Saturday, 5-10 p.m.
“We’re excited to celebrate with our local community this spring by unveiling a brand-new menu of inventive food and drink recipes and offering lots of weekly specials to enjoy,” said Dos Olas Executive Chef Carlos Segura.
Although closed for the season, the Pendry wants people to know the retro and unique Disco Pizza is open for private events. The space can accommodate up to 60 people and has a DJ booth for a fun birthday, celebration, or not your average work gathering.
Après Pendry is bringing back Appy Hour. From 5-6 p.m., come in with an appy-tite for half-off shareables like the German pretzel, vegetable crudite, crispy chicken wings, and crab and artichoke dips.
