Ski World Cup Day 1: Deer Valley World Cup Moguls, USA’s Jaelin Kauf, 2nd
PARK CITY, Utah — Deer Valley Resort hosted the first of three days of the Intermountain Health FIS Freestyle International Ski World Cup on Thursday.
Huge nighttime crowds came out to cheer on the moguls athletes for this, the 25th anniversary of this event. Fireworks and rocking music capped off an action-filled evening.
International Ski Federation (FIS) representatives were on hand just like they were when Deer Valley put on this event for the Salt Lake 2002 Winter Olympics.
