PARK CITY, Utah — Starting on Wednesday, December 1, Park Avenue will become one-way northbound from King Road to Heber Avenue, an area that runs parallel with Main Street.
The move is “in an effort to assist in snow removal & traffic flow,” according to Park City Municipal. The regulation has been a winter rule for years.
At a recent Park City Council meeting, elected officials discussed the possibility of making the stretch of Park Ave. two-way during the winter. There was no decision reached, however they noted there is the potential for more talks about the concept in the future.
