Park City girl’s volleyball travels to take on Murray, East, then Skyline
MURRAY, Utah — After school today, the Park City High School Miners girl’s volleyball team travels to Salt Lake City to take on Murray High School and tomorrow it heads back down to the Valley for a match-up against East. Park City will host Olympus at home on Tuesday, Oct. 12 before the team goes back to Salt Lake to play away against Skyline the following day.
Coach Matt Carlson and his varsity team have an overall 6 and 8 record going into this daily road trip schedule. That ranks the team 3rd in the League with a record of 5 to 2 in the 5a region 6 league.
They beat Murray and East already this season but have lost to Skyline this year.
The Miners’ varsity roster is comprised of a dozen seniors playing in their final high school season alongside six juniors ready to fill their big shoes next year, five sophomore players, and two freshmen athletes.
