Shot Ski canceled due to COVID concerns
PARK CITY, Utah — The Park City Sunrise Rotary Club announced on Wednesday that the 6th annual Shot Ski event that was scheduled for Saturday, October 9 has been canceled.
“Due to concerns over the surge of COVID-19 and the Delta Variant we have decided to postpone until October of 2022,” the club said in a post.
“But never fear, plans are already underway to reclaim the title of “Longest Shot Ski” from our friends in Breckenridge.
“Many thanks to High West Distillery for the incredible support and commitment to make 2022 better than ever. Also Park City Municipal for their ongoing dedication to this event.
“And all the volunteers and wonderful, happy Shot Ski enthusiasts who have participated every year.
“See you next year! Cheers!”
