New free two hour parking at Salt Lake City’s Main Library

SALT LAKE CITY — Starting this month, you can now get up to two hours of free parking in the underground parking garage at Salt Lake City’s Main Library.

All you have to do is bring your parking ticket inside the library and scan it.

“We’re quadrupling the time residents can park for free, and making it easier for everyone to fully utilize our incredible downtown library resource,” Salt Lake City Mayor Erin Mendenhall said in a tweet. “I hope you’ll enjoy this great change.”
