Calls for service: Police and sheriff logs

Calls for service for the Park City Police Department (PCPD) and the Summit County Sheriff Department (SCSD) for the week of August 16 – 22.

MONDAY:

PCPD – Officers responded to Woodside Ave. regarding a dispute between neighbors.

PCPD – Officers responded on a landlord/tenant dispute on Lower Iron Horse.

TUESDAY:

SCSD – While on patrol in Francis, a car was seen with one headlight out. A traffic stop was initiated and the driver, the sole occupant, was determined to be driving under the influence of alcohol, was arrested and brought to the Summit County jail. The car was impounded.

WEDNESDAY:

PCPD – In a possible stolen vehicle case, a pickup truck belonging to High Country Landscaping was found abandoned in the new construction area of Park City Heights.

FRIDAY:

PCPD – Officers responded to the Spur bar on Main. St. on a fight in progress at night. The parties were separated and the incident documented.

PCPD –  A bike was reported stolen during the day from Jan’s bike store on Park Ave.

SATURDAY:

PCPD – Officers were contacted by a staff member at the Downstairs bar on Main St. and advised of a patron who was causing problems. The patron was located and agreed to leave.
