Park City Municipal to offset cost of rainwater harvesting
PARK CITY, Utah. — With Utah in a statewide drought, governments are looking for simple solutions to help communities conserve water use. Park City Municipal is trying to help. They are reducing the cost from $129 to $50 for rain barrels for Park City residents. There’s a max purchase of two per household for these 50-gallon rain harvesting barrels, made out of 100% recycled plastic in the USA. Learn more.
The deadline to place online orders is Sunday, April 25th at 11 pm. Place orders online here and pick them up at Quinn’s Junction on May 2nd.
