Man, 80, Suffers Heart Attack at Deer Valley

This morning, while waiting in a lift line at the base of Deer Valley Resort, a Park City man suffered a heart attack and was immediately treated on the scene before being transported to Salt Lake City.

Family members said the man was fortunate that Deer Valley had trained personnel and defibrillators on site, and that their relative had received emergency medical attention within two minutes of the event.

The man was in good condition Monday afternoon.
