SPEAKER:    Roy Parker of Recovery Court   Roy Parker founded Recovery Court, formerly known as Drug Court, after a long battle with alcoholism. He will speak about an innovative Summit County program to improve outcomes and reduce recidivism for non-violent substance abuse offenders.
