Newcomers of Greater Park City Area – Coffee & Speaker Event

DATE: Wednesday, February 11, 2026
TIME: 9:30 a.m. – Light brunch & social time; 10:15 a.m. – Program begins
PLACE: Park City Community Church 4501 Highway 224

Park City operates one of the most complex municipal water systems in the United States. Although classified as a “small system” by the EPA, the city relies on eight water sources, including mine tunnels supplying ~ 45% of its water. The system includes more than 130 miles of pipeline and three water treatment plants-an unusually high number for a community of our size. Learn more about where your PC water comes from and the significant challenges facing the PCWD.
This event is free; all are welcome, long-timers, newcomers, all in between! Newcomers Club was established in 1995 as a not-for-profit entity to help all residents of Summit and Wasatch Counties learn about and become involved in their community through social, educational, sporting and travel activities.
