Thousands of golf balls race down historic Main Street as part of Park City’s annual Miners Day celebration. The “Running of the Balls” is an important community fundraiser which supports Park City Rotary scholarships, community programs and grants awarded to local nonprofit organizations.
BUY YOUR BALLS — Purchase a numbered ball for a chance to win great prizes while supporting the Park City community.

WATCH THE PARADE
Grab your friends and family and head to historic Main Street to enjoy the floats, local organizations and plenty of Park City spirit!
The parade is free to watch and open to everyone. Spectators are encouraged to arrive early, find a spot along the parade route…and stay for the many fun Miners day activities happening throughout the day. MINERS DAY – EVENT SCHEDULE
7:30 – 9:30 – Miners Day Breakfast (City Park) 8:00 – Bark City 5k Run (City Park – bring your dog!) 9:30 – Noon – Big Baller Club – open on Main Street 10:30 – “RUNNING OF THE BALLS” – Main Street (buy your balls at: www.parkcityminersday.org) 11:00 – FLYOVER by the “Commemorative Air Force, Utah Wing” 11:00 – MINERS DAY PARADE – Main Street 11:30 – 4:00 – Food trucks, Kids Games, Vendor Booths and Beer/Liquor Garden (City Park) 11:45 – 4:00 – Live Music in the Park! – City Park Stage 12:00 – 4:00 – Miners & Memories: History Presentation at Miners Hospital (Open House) 12:30 – 1:00 – Kids Games, City Park 12:30 – 2:00 – “Mucking and Drilling” Competitions, City Park (across from the library on Park Ave.)
