Learning to Leading: How USU Students Are Driving Climate Adaptation

October 28 @ 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Free

How is Utah changing? What is being done about it at local and statewide levels? How can you contribute?
We will provide insight into these questions and more as part of this event to showcase the Climate Adaptation Intern Program (CAIP) at Utah State University. CAIP is a new initiative to address climate impacts in Utah while also training the next-generation of climate adaptation experts. You will have an opportunity to meet CAIP interns as they show off the work they have completed, hear from Utah State University professor Dr. Scott Hotaling about how recent climate change is impacting Utah, and learn from a panel of local experts and interns about pressing issues they’re working to address.
Light refreshments will be provided.
