Ski into May at these Utah resorts

PARK CITY, Utah – If you haven’t have your fill of winter and you’re still jonesing for those spring-skiing party vibes, you’re in luck. Four ski areas in Utah will be open through the weekend and three major, local resorts are taking it deep and turning lifts for at least four more weekends.

Brighton has listed its closing date for May 18, while Snowbird and Solitude will remain open through May 26.

At the bird, the tram, Mineral Basin, Little Cloud and Chickadee beginner area remain open – the season in the Gad Valley is a wrap.

Brian Head in Southern Utah is calling it quits May 4, after boasting their longest season ever with 178 skiable days. This year’s milestone was driven by enhanced snowmaking, a dedicated team, late-season snowfall, and the resort’s high elevation.

Park City Mountain Resort, Alta and Deer Valley have celebrated their closing days.
