CREATE PC seeks Summit County artists for Winter/Spring show

PARK CITY, Utah — The Arts Council of Park City & Summit County is accepting applications from Summit County visual artists and makers to participate in the 2026 Winter/Spring show at CREATE PC, a local artist collective that provides studio and gallery space for artists to make, display, and sell work.

Applications are due by Jan. 26, 2026, for the exhibit scheduled to run from February through June. The Winter/Spring show opens to the public with an opening reception on Friday, Feb. 13, from 5-8 p.m.

CREATE PC is a core program of the Arts Council and has supported local artists for nearly a decade by creating opportunities for artists to connect with each other and with the broader community. The program includes both studio space for artists to work and a gallery-and-marketplace model for selling fine art and creative goods.

CREATE PC now operates out of a semi-permanent space at 1500 Kearns Blvd., Suite F110, in Park City, a move it says has expanded its ability to support Summit County artists year-round. CREATE PC’s public hours are Wednesday through Sunday from noon to 6 p.m. The space is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

In addition to rotating shows, the program hosts events such as open studio nights and gallery strolls.

Eligible applicants must be Summit County residents and have a cohesive collection of artwork or handmade creative products ready to display and sell. For artwork submissions, the Arts Council recommends pieces not exceed 24 inches by 36 inches, though exceptions may be available; questions can be directed to emma@pcscarts.org.

Selections will be made no later than Jan. 30, 2025. Selected artists are expected to drop off ready-to-install artwork on Feb. 6, 7, and 9, 2026.

The Arts Council’s CREATE PC schedule includes a Winter/Spring show from February through June, a Summer/Fall show from June through November, and a Holiday Makers Market from November through January 2026.

The Arts Council of Park City & Summit County is an independent nonprofit with a mission to support the area’s arts and culture community through programming, resources, and connection-building. The organization said it carries out that work through marketing, programming, public art, and advocacy.
