Park City celebrates holidays with torchlight parades, Santa visits, and Main Street festivities

PARK CITY, UT — While winter conditions gradually build across the Mountain West, Park City’s holiday season is in full swing with traditional celebrations, family-friendly events, and festive gatherings scheduled throughout the Christmas week.

The town’s resorts are operating with snowmaking support and managed terrain, but the holiday experience extends well beyond the slopes.

Historic Main Street, alpine dining venues, cultural attractions, and community events offer visitors and residents multiple ways to celebrate the season.

“Winter in Park City has always been about more than just snow totals,” said Jennifer Wesselhoff, president and CEO of the Park City Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau. “It’s about the energy of the town, the warmth of our community, our exceptional hospitality, and the incredible range of experiences within our incredible mountain backdrop.”
