Nordstrom Rack coming to Junction Commons in late 2026

PARK CITY, Utah — Nordstrom Rack is officially coming to Junction Commons, bringing 25,000 square feet of retail space to the shopping center in late 2026.

The announcement marks the latest major addition to Junction Commons as the former Outlets Park City undergoes a significant revamp. Since rebranding in June 2024, the center has been steadily filling with new tenants—fitness studios, award-winning food trucks, local eateries, and destination retailers blending luxury and value.

“Nordstrom Rack’s arrival is a defining moment in our transformation,” said Abby Phillips, the center’s marketing and specialty leasing manager. “It’s a brand that delivers both everyday fashion and elevated essentials—for the entire family—and it aligns well with the values and energy of this community.”

The discount fashion retailer offers designer denim, seasonal outerwear, beauty products, accessories, and home goods at up to 70% off regular prices. Singerman Real Estate and Ignite Retail Partners led the leasing effort. To accommodate the new store, Columbia Factory Store and Bullfrog Spas will relocate within the center.

The Nordstrom Rack opening arrives as momentum continues to build. BODYROK, a new fitness studio, opened this year alongside Park City Nail Lounge, Just Cozy, Savannah’s Unique Boutique, and food options including Dos Hermanos Paraguayan eatery on the upper level and Shake Shack coming soon (early 2026).

The retailer also noted major renovations and expansions including Carters which recently changed locations in the shopping center as well as Sun & Ski Sports and Nuzzles & Co. American Eagle will also be expanding with it’s sister store Aerie joining in 2026.

Phillips stated there are more announcements to come for 2026. To learn more, visit the Junction Commons website.
