PARK CITY, Utah — Residents and workers in Summit County can start their day with a free mug and coffee during the second annual Mountainkind Morning on Wednesday, December 10.
From 7:00 to 10:30 a.m., the Park City Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau will partner with 15 local coffee shops to offer a free Mountainkind mug—one per person—and drip coffee while supplies last. The hours will align with each shop’s normal opening time.
Members of the Chamber’s board of directors and staff will be present at participating locations to hand out mugs and greet customers.
“Mountainkind Morning embodies the generosity and connection that define Park City,” said Jennifer Wesselhoff, president and CEO of the Park City Chamber. “It’s an opportunity to share a small moment of joy with our neighbors, workforce, and local businesses, serving as a reminder of the strong sense of community we all contribute to.”
New this year is a “Golden Ticket” prize package. One lucky recipient will win a local staycation courtesy of Park City Lodging, a spa experience from Align Spa, and dinner at a Bill White Enterprises restaurant. Any mug distributed at a participating shop may contain the winning ticket.
