SUMMIT COUNTY, Utah — The 2025 Summit Bike Share season officially wrapped at the beginning of November, and county officials say this year was one of the program’s strongest yet. Now, they’re asking the community to give their feedback as planning begins for next year.
Summit Bike Share logged 23,700 rides in 2025, a 40% increase over last season, according to a release. To increase access, the county added three new stations this year, located at Frostwood Village, the Park City Visitor’s Center, and the Summit County Courthouse in Coalville.
Riders collectively traveled 69,415 miles, burned an estimated 3.9 million calories, and helped reduce 29 tons of CO₂ emissions, reinforcing the program’s role as a sustainable transportation option in the Wasatch Back.
Summit County has launched an end-of-season survey, inviting residents and visitors to share their experiences, including ease of access, technical issues, desired station locations, and ideas for pricing or ride duration changes.
Officials say they want feedback even from those who have never used the bike share. The survey asks non-riders what barriers or concerns may be preventing them from trying the system and what changes could encourage them to participate.
The survey takes about four minutes to complete and will remain open through Dec. 14.
