PARK CITY, Utah — Park City Ski & Snowboard (PCSS) invites the community to participate in its annual Snow Dance Auction, which combines winter wishes with holiday shopping, while supporting the next generation of mountain athletes.
Quality Over Quantity
“We don’t have 1,000 items. We have what I would call really high-quality items,” said Linda Beling, PCSS Programs Administrator. This year’s carefully curated collection features approximately 15 premium packages and experiences—each one a potential showstopper for your holiday gift list.
Shop from Your Couch, Support Local Athletes
Starting Wednesday, Nov. 26, through midnight Friday, Dec. 5, bidders can browse the impressive collection from the comfort of home. Every item, like men’s and women’s Dynastar skis and a sushi party, has been generously donated, with 100% of proceeds benefiting PCSS athletes.
For the Sports Enthusiast:
- VIP Passes to Deer Valley’s Freestyle World Cup in January
- All-Access Epic Passes for unlimited mountain access
- Early access to the tram at Snowbird
- Utah Mammoth hockey tickets
For the Traveler:
- California Wine Country tasting vacation
- Luxurious condo stay in Los Cabos, Mexico

For the Collector: One particularly special item is an autographed photo of Olympic champion Mikaela Shiffrin, taken when she broke Ingemar Stenmark’s record. The story behind this piece makes it truly one-of-a-kind.
“Back in the day, when Mikaela was just starting out ski racing, she asked Heidi [Voelker, PCSS Development Director] for an autograph,” Beling said. “Heidi signed it with ‘Always be faster than the boys.’ Now Mikaela signs everything with ‘ABFTTB’—she abbreviates it like that.”
The connection between PCSS and one of skiing’s greatest athletes reflects the program’s legacy of nurturing world-class talent right here in Park City.

Getting started is simple. Visit the Snow Dance Auction website and click “Auction” at the top center of your screen. Register to Bid to create your account, and then you’re ready to place your bids and share the link with friends and family.
Where Your Dollars Go

With community support through events like the Snow Dance Auction, PCSS continues its mission of developing the next generation of mountain athletes.
With bidding opening Wednesday and closing Dec. 5 at midnight, now’s the time to do your snow dance, cross names off your shopping list, and support local youth athletics all at once.
