Triple Oak Big Heavy

For those who prefer their holiday spirits poured simply, Alpine Distilling is also debuting a rare, single-edition release: Triple Oak Rye Whiskey – Big Heavy. The nine-year expression began as Alpine’s Straight Rye Whiskey, distilled from a mashbill of malted and unmalted rye and aged four years in No. 4 char new American oak before spending an additional two years in a custom French-and-American oak cask.

The limited release—only 100 bottles available to the public—offers a layered profile of caramel, dark fruit, walnut, oak, honey, clove and pepper, shaped by years of aging in Park City’s dry mountain air.

Alpine recommends enjoying Big Heavy neat or on the rocks to appreciate its full character.
