PARK CITY, Utah — Summit Bike Share is closing out its season with half-price rides through Nov. 2. The discount marks the end of what has been a record-breaking year for the program.
Projections estimate that the shared e-bikes will have served over 20,000 riders and covered nearly 70,000 miles by the time the season wraps. Since its launch, the program’s fleet has collectively traveled more than 500,000 miles across Park City and the Snyderville Basin.
Launched in 2017 as the nation’s first all–e-bike share fleet, Summit Bike Share began with just 85 e-bikes and nine stations. It has since grown to more than 200 bikes spread across 25-plus stations.
