Monday, September 29
Incident: DUI
Deputies stopped a vehicle for speeding on SR-224 and Cutter Lane. During the stop, signs of impairment were observed. A DUI investigation was conducted and the driver was arrested. The vehicle was impounded by Park City Towing.
Incident: Non-Reportable Accident
A vehicle scraped the rear end of a Porsche parked on Round Valley Drive.
Incident: Civil Problem
On Comstock Drive, a caller reported that another driver backed into his car. Information was exchanged, and a police report was requested for insurance purposes.
Tuesday, September 30
Incident: Alcohol Offense
Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at the 7-Eleven on Silver Creek Drive. The driver had a suspended license, active warrants, and required an ignition interlock device but did not have one. The driver was arrested and transported to the Summit County Jail.
Incident: Traffic Stop
Multiple vehicles were stopped for speeding in a 25 mph zone on Meadows Drive. Reported speeds were 40, 39, and 38 mph.
Incident: Lost Property
A caller reported that her girlfriend’s phone went missing while they were on Main Street. They had tracked the phone to the Todd Hollow area and were looking for police assistance.
Wednesday, October 1
Incident: Hit and Run
A caller reported that his daughter’s vehicle was hit on Gillmor Way. The suspect vehicle, a white utility, left the scene.
Incident: Traffic Stop
A vehicle was stopped on Round Valley Drive and Gillmor Way for no registration. The license plate was also obstructed by a bike rack.
Incident: Utility Problem
On Park Avenue, a caller reported that construction near his home left a trench along his property line. Upon returning home, he discovered his basement had flooded.
Thursday, October 2
Incident: DUI
Deputies responded to a report of a dog attacking livestock. The dog owner fled the scene with her dog prior to deputies arrival; however, she returned in her car intoxicated and failed to provide her identifying information. The driver’s friend attempted to conceal the dog by driving away with the dog while deputies were investigating. The friend was also arrested for obstruction.
Incident: Injury Accident
Deputies were dispatched to Chalk Creek Road in Coalville, where a vehicle struck a construction flagger and dragged them under the car. The flagger was flown by AirMed to the University of Utah Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Incident: Disturbing the Peace
A caller on Daly Avenue reported a female flying a drone over his home from a nearby parking lot.
Incident: Assault
A fight was reported on Prospector Avenue. No injuries occurred, and each party returned to their own units.
Incident: Wildlife Problem
A large herd of elk was reported in the lower lot of PCMR on Lowell Avenue, moving toward Empire Avenue.
Friday, October 3
Incident: Animal Problem
Two small white dogs were reported near the Park City Library without an owner.
Incident: Citizen Assist
A caller on Norfolk Avenue requested to speak with an officer about mud on the sidewalk, which she considered dangerous.
Saturday, October 4
Incident: DUI
Deputies received reports of a reckless driver near SR-248 and located the vehicle on SR-32. Signs of impairment were observed, and the driver was arrested for DUI.
Incident: Disturbing the Peace
Residents on Dunlop Court reported neighbors partying on their balcony and keeping them awake.
Incident: Disturbing the Peace
A caller on Deer Valley Drive reported music playing all night long and into the morning at a neighbors residence. Attempts to make contact were unsuccessful.
