Call for Makers: Holiday Market to showcase local creativity in Park City

PARK CITY, Utah — The Arts Council of Park City & Summit County is inviting local makers to apply for the upcoming Holiday Makers Market, launching Friday, Nov. 21, 2025, at CREATE PC.

The seasonal marketplace provides Summit County artists and entrepreneurs with an opportunity to showcase and sell their creative products while sharing their stories with the community. The market will run through January 2026 at CREATE PC, located at 1500 Kearns Blvd., F110.

A launch party is scheduled for Friday, Nov. 21, from 5–8 p.m., and the market will be open Wednesday through Sunday, noon to 6 p.m.

Participation Details

The cost to participate is $125 for Summit County makers, with categories including apparel, jewelry, accessories, home goods, glassware, ceramics, skincare, and more. Makers will retain 85% of sales (less 2.75% credit card fees), while 15% of proceeds will go to the Arts Council to cover rent, utilities, event activations, staffing, and other program expenses.

The Arts Council will serve as the single point of sale, selling items on consignment and paying makers every month. Makers already involved in the CREATE PC Local Artist Collective program must reapply to participate in the Holiday Makers Market.

Benefits for Makers

According to the Arts Council, past iterations of the Makers Market have generated significant community and media attention for participants and sponsors. Benefits include exposure, sales opportunities, and recognition across Arts Council channels such as its website, press releases, media interviews, social media, and printed posters.

Each participating maker will also have a brand story featured as part of the installation and on the CREATE PC website. “This is a chance not only to move product and share your work but also to promote Park City and Summit County as places where creative people thrive,” the Arts Council shared in its announcement.
