Mountain West Sled Hockey Tournament returns to Park City

PARK CITY, Utah — Seven teams from across the United States and Canada will face off at the second annual Mountain West Sled Hockey Tournament, set for Sept. 26-28 at the Park City Ice Arena.
The event, hosted by the Utah Sled Hockey Association and the U.S. Adaptive Bobsled and Sports Association, will feature NHL-affiliated and USA Hockey–sanctioned sled teams, including the Calgary Flames, Seattle Kraken, Los Angeles Kings, Phoenix Coyotes, New Mexico Blade Runners and Utah’s own Mammoth Sled Team.
Games begin Friday, Sept. 26, running from 9:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., with competition continuing Saturday from 10:15 a.m. to 10:15 p.m. The tournament concludes Sunday with the championship game at noon, following early morning matchups.
An All-Star Game, showcasing two top players from each team, is scheduled for 7 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 27.
Admission is free, though a $5 donation at the door is suggested to support the two Park City–based nonprofit organizers, both designated 501(c)(3) public charities.
